AI office setup, done for you

An office that works
after four o’clock.

I build an AI office around your tools, your team and your four o’clock. Follow-ups get drafted, calls come prepped, and nothing falls through while you’re living your life. Built in one week. You talk, I build, and you sign in on one call.

If an email from Lola sent you here

Meet Lola.

Lola is my AI assistant. She answers scheduling questions, sends confirmations and reminders, and has my follow-ups drafted before I sit down, so I can close my laptop at four and my business keeps moving.

Every office I build gets one. Yours gets a name too.

Anything personal still comes from me. Lola handles the rest.

Re: Finding a time with Lauren

Hi Jess,

Lauren asked me to send over a couple of times for your call. Thursday at 10:00 or 1:30 Eastern both work, or you can pick any open spot on her calendar.

It’s on Zoom, and the link comes with your confirmation.

Talk soon,

Lola

What’s included

Eight workflows,
built around you.

Each one plugs into the tools you already use, then gets tuned on your fit brief to how you work: your goals, your hours, how you’re wired and the season you’re in.

  1. 01
Your voice, capturedEvery draft sounds like you wrote it.
    • Built from your real emails and posts plus a recorded interview
    • Your phrases, your greetings, how you say no, how short you write
    • Fitted to how you’re wired: how much detail you want and how you like to decide
    • Every other workflow reads it before it writes a word
  2. 02
Inbox and calendarYour inbox handled down to what only you can answer.
    • Checks your inbox through the day, sorts and labels every thread, clears out promotions
    • Drafts replies in your voice right on the thread, ready to send
    • Sends the routine ones you approve (scheduling, links, event times), signed by your assistant
    • Pulls dates, deadlines and invites out of your email and onto your calendar
    • A short note each run of what still needs you
  3. 03
Daily and weekly planningA plan built from your goals and deadlines, not just your calendar.
    • Connected to your project tool or planning sheet (ClickUp, Asana, Notion, monday.com or a Google Sheet), so it knows what’s due, what’s stuck and which goal each task serves
    • Morning brief: the three things that matter today, what’s due in the next 48 hours, and what can wait
    • Focus time blocked on your calendar for the work that moves your goals, around your hard stops
    • End-of-day wrap: what got done, what slid, and what moves to tomorrow
    • Sunday plan: your week measured against your quarterly goals, the heaviest day, and one thing to drop
  4. 04
Leads and follow-upNobody who reached out gets forgotten.
    • Watches your inbox, forms and CRM for new inquiries
    • Keeps your pipeline current where your CRM connects: new leads logged, stages updated
    • Tracks every open conversation and every follow-up you promised
    • Drafts the next message from the last real thing said, ready for you to send
    • A daily list of who’s waiting on you, newest first, with links
  5. 05
Client call debriefEvery call turns into notes, tasks, a recap and a case study.
    • Notes saved to that client’s file: decisions, commitments on both sides, dates mentioned
    • A recap email drafted in your voice
    • Your commitments added as tasks in your project tool, with due dates
    • Wins, numbers and quotes saved to a running case study, with a permission ask drafted when a quote is worth using
    • Works from your call recorder, so you never take notes again
  6. 06
Call prepWalk into every call already caught up.
    • The evening before, a one-page brief for each call with someone outside your business
    • Where you left off, what each side committed to, and what’s still open
    • Pulled from your notes, past emails and call history
    • One thing worth naming on the call
  7. 07
Weekly numbersKnow where the business stands every Friday.
    • The three to five numbers you pick on your fit call: revenue, leads, calls booked, cash
    • This week against last, pulled from the tools you connect (QuickBooks, your CRM, a sheet)
    • One line on what’s working and one on what’s slipping
    • Says plainly when a source didn’t load, so nothing is ever guessed
  8. 08
One marketing workflow, your pickTalk it out for twenty minutes, get the week’s content back.
    • Record a voice memo or a short call about what’s on your mind
    • Get back the week’s emails or posts in your voice, or one long piece turned into many
    • Drafted and waiting for your approval. Nothing goes out without you

What it runs on

Built on Claude, in your own Claude account, and connected to the tools you already use: Gmail or Outlook, Google Calendar, Slack, ClickUp, HubSpot, Notion, Fathom and more. You’ll need a paid Claude plan in your name: lighter setups run on Pro at $20 a month, and a full office usually needs Max, from $100 a month. We’ll size it on the fit call. If a tool you rely on doesn’t connect, I’ll tell you on the fit call, before you pay a thing.

How it works

Five steps, start to finish.

30 minutes

We see if it fits

A free call about what eats your week, the tools you use, and whether AI can take it.

One hour

We dig in

A recorded conversation about how your week really runs, your goals, how you’re wired, and what has to stay human.

One page

You approve

Your fit brief: what to automate, what to hand your assistant, what to leave alone.

One week

I build

Your workflows, your assistant’s name and voice, all built and tested on my side, ready to install.

One hour

We install

On Zoom, you sign in to your own accounts and I walk you through the rest. Then 30 days of support while it settles in.

Investment

Booked in October,
$5,000.

Built for you, on your computer

$6,500

$5,000

When you book by October 31

All eight workflows, one custom workflow, the walkthrough recordings, the morning health check and 30 days of support. The October price holds even if your start week lands in November.

Plug-and-play

For offices that lean on tools without a Claude connection, or on posting to social, the work has to happen in a browser. I set up a dedicated Mac mini at my desk and ship it to you. Plug it in, sign in on one call, and it stays on so that work keeps running.

$8,000, Mac mini included

Your EA builds it

Your assistant sets it up in your tools with my step-by-step guide and 30 days of support.

$2,500

Care, after the first 30 days

Optional. Monitoring, every fix to what I built, done remotely so you don’t have to be there, and up to three small changes a month.

$500 a month

Care Plus

Everything in Care, plus a new custom workflow every month and a quarterly reset once you’re three months in.

$997 a month

I only start one build a week, so each one gets my full attention. Once October’s weeks are booked, the next openings move into November.

Let’s see if it fits
