The business isn’t built
for the life you have.

You’ve been running this for years. Real revenue, real clients, and a pace you can hold. And somewhere in there you quietly decided this was as big as it was ever going to get.

You didn’t lose momentum. You chose them.

The pattern

Nobody ever built it
for you.

You didn’t get here by being lazy. You got here by being excellent at absorbing constantly.

Every yes was rational in the moment. Stacked up over years, they built a business that needs you in the middle of all of it.

And here’s what actually happened next, which nobody says out loud. You didn’t sacrifice your family for it. You never would. You protected that, fiercely, at real cost, every single week. So the thing that got sacrificed instead was the business. You stopped taking the next step, quietly, because every version of the next step you were ever offered required more of you, and there is no more of you.

You’ve tried to fix it. The planner. The time-blocks. The 5am routine, twice. The hire. The software. It held for about nine days, until a kid got sick, and you decided the problem was you. It was never you.

She said it better than I do.

I felt like my business was not streamlined operationally and I was wasting time and energy and leaving money on the table. I thought the problem was that it was inefficient. I needed a better operating system. Structure and organization and SOPs.

A V1 cohort client

That is what she said she came for. It is what almost everybody says they came for.

I am the one who holds up all the balls, saves the day, fixes the thing. But if something happens to me, the whole thing will fall apart. There was no flex. No space for life without the whole thing falling apart.

A V1 cohort client

What she left with was not an operating system. It was the sentence underneath it. The problem was never that she was inefficient. It was that she was running a business built for somebody she is not.

Most women arrive here asking for better systems. Systems installed into a business that was never designed around who you are just make the wrong thing run faster. So we change the question first. That order is the whole method.

How it got this way

Three ways it stopped fitting.

01

You were handed someone else’s plan.

Somebody’s launch model. Somebody’s org chart. Somebody’s five a.m. It worked for the person who built it, and it was never once adjusted for you.

02

It was built for a season that ended.

Before the third one. Before the move. Before the year everything changed. The business was shaped for a life you aren’t living anymore, and nobody went back and rebuilt it when yours changed.

03

Nobody asked how you actually work.

Not once. So the parts that fit you quietly disappeared, and the parts that fight you became the whole job.

You don’t need more discipline.
You need a different design.

What it’s costing you now

You already know which one is yours.

Most common
The cost

A ceiling you can’t break

You are full. Not lazy, not disorganized. Full. And the only way anyone has ever shown you past it costs more of you than you have left to give.

I am showing up in my whole life, business on one side, home on the other, and I am not doing either optimally. The common denominator is me and I am at capacity. There is no margin.

A V1 cohort client
The cost

Money spent on the wrong fix

The hire. The software. The six month system build. It held for about a month, and then you were back, quietly wondering if the problem was you.

The cost

Moments you don’t get back

Not because you weren’t there. You were always there. But part of you was running the mental math for a business that needed you to hold all of it.

I go from mom the moment they wake up to working and juggling things to working during nap to then mommy when they wake up, and it just does not stop. Whereas my husband goes to work and comes home, and when he gets home, that is his break.

Where it shows up

Six rooms. One of them was never built for you.

It’s almost never the room you’d guess. Most women arrive certain it’s Systems. They leave knowing it was Mental Load, or Profit, or something they’ve been carrying for two years that should have stopped existing.

What actually happens

We walk it, we draw it, we change it.

01

Weeks one to three — the inspection.

All six rooms, with someone who knows what she’s looking at. You’ll leave knowing exactly where it stopped fitting and what it has been costing you.

02

Weeks four to six — the blueprint.

How it should have been built for you in the first place. Your wiring, your season and your constraints treated as design inputs instead of things to push through.

03

Weeks seven to twelve — the change.

We change the rooms costing you most. There are only four moves for anything: remove it, optimize it, automate it, or delegate it. Most of what is breaking lands on optimize. The thing already exists, it is just shaped wrong. You have defaulted to the last one your whole career, and it is the one that is rarely right.

04

Two implementation weeks — no new input.

Built in on purpose, so the work fits inside a real life instead of stacking on top of one.

You’re allowed to want both.

What actually changed

Twelve weeks, and not one of them ended up where she expected.

Jessica

Walked in certain she needed a better operating system, and walked out having stopped selling the work that drained her. The hire she was about to make was a receipt for the wrong offer.

Julia

Had spent two years telling her husband almost every week that she wanted to burn her business down. By December her verdict was that it made sense why she wanted to. She is the most excited about her work she has been in two years.

Julia, again

Took back nap time. One rule, one pocket of the day, hers. Within weeks she was irritated when anything broke it, which is how she knew it was the thing she had needed. It trickled out to her whole family.

Crystal

Found her floor, and discovered the gap was a single client and not a mountain.

Melissa

Stopped taking business advice that was never built for the way she works, and stopped reading that as a flaw in her.

Katie

Did the entire twelve weeks in the middle of a move, on calls with boxes around her, and said afterwards that the crazy season is what made it work.

None of them ended in the same room. None of them was behind. That is what a map is for.

The room spoke up

What the women are saying.

It made sense why I wanted to burn it down.

Julia

I was the rate-limiting step.

Jessica

The wiring work really just kind of turned everything right side up for me.

Crystal

I am not working nap time ever again.

Julia

Not all business advice is for me. That is my wiring, not a flaw.

Melissa

I wish the 12 weeks had looked different in my personal life, but I think it is actually what made the group even better.

Who this is for

Is this your room?

This is for you if.

  • You’ve been running this for years, not months. Real revenue, real clients
  • You’re a CEO mom. Five kids or one, kids at home matters
  • You’re running $100K-$500K and ready to redesign the model
  • You want it to grow. You just aren’t willing to pay for that growth the way you’ve been asked to
  • You’re done with “just be more disciplined” advice

This is not for you if.

  • You want a step-by-step course you watch at 11pm
  • You want someone to hand you a system that worked for somebody else
  • You want quick fixes or hustle hacks
  • You’re not ready to look honestly at the design
  • You’re pre-revenue or still validating
Why this works

I held the same line, and it cost me the same thing.

For years I ran the version of the business I was supposed to run. Scaled the revenue. Hired the help. On paper, succeeding. And my five kids were never the thing I was willing to trade, so the business is what quietly stopped moving instead.

The year my business made 300K felt worse than the year it made 50. Nothing was broken. I had built the whole thing for a life I was not living anymore.

The shift wasn’t more discipline. It was redesigning the business around the person actually running it, so it could grow without needing more of me than I had.

Common questions

Before you decide.

When does enrollment actually open?

Cart opens Monday September 7th. Waitlist gets a 48-hour exclusive window before public. Cart closes Sunday September 27th. The close date is on purpose: I will not run a redesign through the holidays you are trying to be present for.

What’s the investment?

$4,000 paid in full, or 3 payments of $1,500. Cart opens Monday September 7 and closes Sunday September 27.

What if I am too stuck in my ways to actually do it?

Julia wrote almost exactly that on her intake form in June, before we started. She was nervous she was too stuck in her ways to take action on what we learned. She went on to change more than anyone in the room.

Here is why, and it is structural rather than motivational. We do not hand you somebody else’s system and ask you to become the kind of person who runs it. We find out how you already work and build to that. There is nothing to stick to, because nothing is fighting you. The woman who took back nap time did not need more discipline to hold it. She got irritated when anything broke it, because it fit.

Is this about slowing down?

No. It’s the opposite. You’ve already protected your family at real cost, and you’re not being asked to protect it harder. The whole point is finding out what it would take to keep growing without touching a single hour you’ve been guarding.

Why CEO moms specifically?

The broader work is for CEO moms. The Intensive is built for moms. The conversations only happen mom-to-mom.
