Hi, I’m Lauren

I refuse to choose.

Mom of five. Former pastor. Now the alignment strategist who helps CEO moms build a business that grows without swallowing the life it was supposed to make room for.

Where it started

It started in my kitchen.

I was standing at the stove making mac and cheese for five kids when it hit me: the business I built to give my family a better life had quietly become the thing keeping me from it.

From the outside, everything looked like it was working. Real revenue, a real team, all the markers of the success I’d been chasing. Inside it, I was holding every single piece, and I couldn’t set any of it down long enough to actually be in the room with my people.

Before any of this

Ten years in ministry came with me.

I spent a decade as a pastor before I ever ran a company. I thought I was starting over when I left. I wasn’t. Every gift just changed clothes. Discernment became diagnosis. Teaching became strategy. Preaching became the thing I now do from a stage.

A decade of reading a room and walking people through real change turned out to be exactly the training this work required. I just didn’t know it yet.

The line I won’t move

The business gets built around my life.

I run a multi six figure firm while raising five kids on a 4 PM hard stop, every single day. My family was never the thing I was willing to trade, so I had to build a business that could hold that, and then figure out how to teach other women to do the same.

Laptop closes at 4.
Fridays are for pickleball.
Morning hugs, always.
Sundays off.

The usual advice, from Newport to Ferriss to Covey, isn’t wrong. It just wasn’t built for a woman running a company on a 4 PM stop with a houseful of kids. So I built the version that is.

You can have a successful businessand a present life. You don’t have to pick.

What came of it

The tools I teach from.

Everything I teach came out of that reckoning. A handful of practical tools, all pointed at the same thing: profit and presence, in the right order.

Framework

The ROAD Method

Remove, Optimize, Automate, Delegate. The order that makes scaling easier, so your business runs for you instead of on you.

Framework

The Six Rooms

Clarity, Profit, Mental Load, Capacity, Systems, and Support. One of them is quietly capping you, and it is almost never the one you would guess.

Diagnostic

The Alignment Audit

A five layer diagnostic, Constraints, Reality, Want, Non-Negotiables, and Anchors, that surfaces what is actually running you.

Team

Standards Over Values

The language shift that changes what your team actually does, without the daily negotiation and without micromanaging.
