Find out
which room
isn’t built for you.

A free room for CEO moms who’ve hit a ceiling. Come in, take the four-minute Inspection, and see what other women are actually changing.

No curriculum. No daily posting. Nothing to keep up with.

Take my seat at the table

Free forever. The four-minute Inspection is the first thing inside.

Lauren, founder of Profit & Presence Co. Pull up a chair.

You’ve only ever been sold one move.

Hire someone. Delegate more. Put in a system. That’s the advice, every time. And when it cost real money and you still felt exactly the same nine days later, you quietly decided the problem was you.

It was never you. It was the wrong move, for the wrong room, in a business nobody ever built around you. There are four moves, and you’ve been reaching for the same one your whole career.

R

Remove it entirely.

It doesn’t need to happen at all. You’ve been carrying it because you always have.

O

Optimize the shape of it.

It needs to happen, but not like this. Reshape it around how you actually work.

Where most of them land
A

Automate the noticing.

It should happen without anyone having to remember it exists. Get it out of your head and into something that comes and finds you.

D

Delegate it to someone.

The move you’ve been reaching for. It’s the last one for a reason, and it’s rarely the right one.

She calls a contractor before she knows what’s wrong.

Six rooms. One was never built for you.

Every business runs on the same six rooms. The Inspection finds the one that’s actually capping you, and it’s almost never the one you’d have guessed.

01

Clarity

Whether you know what you’re building, and whether that answer holds still.

02

Profit

Whether the business pays you what your role is actually worth.

03

Mental Load

How much of what has to happen lives only in your head.

04

Capacity

Whether there is more work than there is person.

05

Systems

Whether any of it runs when you are not in the room.

06

Support

Whether one hard call is ever shared.

The Inspection takes four minutes and it’s the first thing you do when you come in. Most women arrive certain it’s Systems. It’s almost never Systems.

Four things, and that’s it.

01

You find your room.

Four minutes on the Inspection and you’ll know which of the six is capping you. It’s usually not the one you’d have guessed.

02

Pocket coaching, in your ear.

Short audio you can listen to in the drop off line and on the way home. Built for the ten minutes you already have, not the hour you don’t.

03

You watch other women’s moves.

Real ones. Small ones. Someone posts the thing she stopped doing this week and what happened after. That’s the whole feed.

04

You post, and I answer.

Put something real in the room and you may get a voice memo back from me. Not a thread. My actual voice, working your actual problem.

Inside the Table

The door isn’t a course login. It’s a room.

Post the thing you’re actually stuck on. Some mornings my voice lands back in your ears, working your real problem with you. Not a thread. Not a template. Just the two of us, out loud.

That’s the whole experience. A real voice, on your actual problem, when you need one.

A seat is open

You already know if this is your room.

You do not have to read all the way down. Drop your name and I will send you the door.

Save my seat

What you keep up with? Nothing.

You’re already at capacity. A room that needs you to show up on a schedule is one more thing to fall behind on, and you have enough of those.

Curriculum

Nothing to complete. Nothing sitting there half finished, quietly reminding you that you started it in March.

Daily posting

Come in when you have something. Read and say nothing at all for a month if that’s the season you’re in.

Keeping up

There is no behind in here, because there’s no schedule to be behind on. That’s the whole design.

You’re allowed to want both.

The Right Move · 5-day sprint

Five days, when you’re ready to move.

Fifteen minutes of audio in the morning, timed for the school run. One small thing to try. Then I listen to what you posted and record a second one that afternoon, coaching a few of you by name, ready by pickup. One live session at the end.

Sprints run from inside the Table, so you’ll hear about the next one here first. Nobody falls behind, because there’s nothing live to miss.

Lauren Apple
Why I built it

I ran a business never built for my house.

Five kids, real revenue, and every piece of advice I was ever handed assumed I had more of myself to give. My family was never the thing I was willing to trade, so the business is what quietly stopped moving instead.

The fix wasn’t discipline. It was finding the one room that had never been built around the person actually living in it.
