Every faith-driven founder has heard the same counsel. Work unto the Lord. Steward it well. Push through the hard season. It sounds right, until you notice the hard season has lasted three years and you are still the one holding all of it.
The part nobody names is this. Obedience got you into the building. It does not obligate you to stay in a room that was never built for you. Most founders are being faithful to a structure instead of to a calling, and calling it stewardship.
I teach audiences how to stop scaling the prison and start designing the exit, without treating their family or their faith as the thing that has to give.
The room tells you what it needs in the first five minutes. The job is to listen, and then to be useful.

Your home and your business can both be Kingdom work. Most rooms need to hear that before they can hear anything else, so this is the case for it, theological and operational, and the permission that comes with it.
