How the call works
Three moves in 90 minutes.
1. Pre-call audit (async)
You complete a short systems + life audit questionnaire and a Working Genius assessment. I review before we meet so we don’t burn call time on intake.
2. Live diagnostic (90 min)
I walk you through the 5-layer Alignment Audit (compressed), the 6 + 3 bottleneck framework, and score your top 3 with you live on the rubric.
3. Written deliverable (48 hrs)
You receive your 3-page Bottleneck Snapshot — your top bottlenecks scored, anchor flag if substrate-3 fires, the AI mode that solves #1, and the first concrete step for this week.
4. The choice tree
The Snapshot ends with three real doors: DIY using what we mapped, OR upgrade to the full Profit & Presence OS, OR join the next Intensive cohort. Half your investment credits toward either upgrade within 30 days.
