The Right Move · a five-day sprint

Five days.
One room.
One real change.

Fifteen minutes of audio in the morning, timed for the school run. One small thing to try. Then I listen to what you posted and record a second one that afternoon, coaching a few of you by name, ready by pickup.

You’ll come in knowing which room stopped fitting. By Friday you’ll have changed something in it.

This is not a challenge.

A challenge means keep up or fall behind. You have enough things you’re behind on.

There is nothing live to miss until the last day. The audio drops in the morning and it waits for you. If Tuesday falls apart because somebody threw up at 6am, Tuesday is still there on Thursday, and nobody is counting.

What you won’t get: a six month system build, a hire you can’t afford yet, another course sitting half finished in a tab. You’ve bought those before. They held for about nine days.

What you will get is the thing nobody has ever actually done with you: somebody walks your business room by room and tells you where it stopped fitting.

The five days

Monday to Friday, in the car.

Take the Inspection before Monday, four minutes, and the week assumes you’ve done it. Take it now

01

Monday — The Room You Landed In.

You’ll have taken the Inspection before we start, so you already know the name of your room. Monday is what that name means, what it looks like on an ordinary Tuesday afternoon, why it’s almost never the room you’d have picked, and why the thing you already tried didn’t work.

02

Tuesday — what it’s costing.

Every room that doesn’t fit is charging you something. A ceiling you can’t break, money you already spent on the wrong fix, or moments you don’t get back. You’ll name yours out loud.

03

Wednesday — the four moves.

Remove, optimize, automate, delegate. That’s all there is. And you’ve been reaching for the last one your whole career, which is why it keeps costing money and changing nothing.

04

Thursday — your one change.

Not ten. One. The smallest move in the room that’s costing you most, made this week, by you, before Friday.

05

Friday — live, and out loud.

One session, sixty minutes. You bring what you changed and what it shook loose. This is the only thing all week you have to show up for, and it’s the one you’ll want.

Nobody falls behind in a sprint.

What you’re looking for

Six rooms. One of them was never built for you.

CLARITY 01. CLARITYWhether you know what you’re building, and whether that answer holds still. PROFIT 02. PROFITWhether the business pays you whatyour role is actually worth. MENTAL LOAD 03. MENTAL LOADHow much of what has to happenlives only in your head. SUPPORT 06. SUPPORTWhether one hard callis ever shared. SYSTEMS 05. SYSTEMSWhether any of it runswhen you are not in the room. CAPACITY 04. CAPACITYWhether there is more workthan there is person. The business wasn’t built for the family living in it.

What lands each day

Three things, and none of them is homework.

Morning

Fifteen minutes of audio

In your inbox before drop off. Long enough to say something real, short enough to finish before the school gate.

Midday

One small thing to post

Not a worksheet. One honest answer, typed in the room, in the two minutes you have between things.

Pickup line

Coaching, by name

I listen to what you posted and record a second one that afternoon, working through a few of them out loud. Yours might be one of them.

You’re allowed to want both.

Why five days

Because I wouldn’t show up to a four hour thing either.

I have five kids. I have missed most of the live trainings I have ever paid for, and I have downloaded every replay I never watched. So this was built for the person I actually am, in the ten minutes I actually have, which happen to be in a car.

Five days is enough to find the room and make one change in it. It is not enough to rebuild your business, and I’m not going to pretend otherwise.

Before you ask

The honest answers.

What if I miss a day?

Then you missed a day. The audio waits for you and nothing is scored. The only thing with a time on it is Friday, and that one gets a replay.

Is this going to add to my plate?

Fifteen minutes of listening you were already going to spend driving, and one short answer typed into a room. Wednesday’s whole point is what to take off. We remove before we add.

Do I have to be on camera?

No. Four of the five days are audio you listen to on your own. Friday is live and you’re welcome to keep your camera off and just listen.

Who is this actually for?

A woman with a real business and real kids who has hit the pace she can hold, and who is not willing to buy back growth with hours at home. If you’re pre-revenue or still figuring out the offer, this isn’t the one.

Where does it happen?

Inside The CEO Mom Table, which is free to join. The audio lands there, you post there, and the Friday session runs from there.

One room. One change.

Five days, fifteen minutes a morning, and one honest look at the room that was never built for you.
